APS score is used by South African universities to see if you can study there. It is made from your matric marks. Each subject give you points. The more points you get the better chance you have.
If your APS is low you can fix it. You can rewrite some subjects. Many students do this to get better marks. You must study hard and use past papers.
You can also take extra classes. Some schools and online places help with maths and science. These subjects give high points if you pass well.
